Refund policy

At EW Cosmetics Store, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items that have been tampered with
  • Personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue along with your order details. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to receive the package due to customer unavailability
